Get Help with Recut

Is something not working right with Recut? Having trouble with exports, found an A/V sync problem, or need help tracking down your old license key?

How to Get Help

  1. If your problem is with a video or audio file, please upload a copy somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) and include a link in your email.
  2. Which operating system do you use (Windows or Mac)?
  3. The more specific the better: if you can describe how you make the problem happen, awesome.
  4. A quick screen recording is amazing if you can do it. If you take screenshots, please include the entire Recut app window.
  5. Send an email to support@getrecut.com and we'll help you get to the bottom of it, usually within 24 hours.
