Is something not working right with Recut? Having trouble with exports, found an A/V sync problem, or need help tracking down your old license key?
Send an email to support@getrecut.com and I (Dave) will help you get to the bottom of it, usually within 24 hours.
If you're having trouble with a video or audio file, it'll be a big help if you're able to upload a copy somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) and send a link.
It's nearly impossible to fix audio/video issues without having an example file to reproduce it on my end, but I understand that some files are sensitive, or just too massive.
In those cases, if you're able to find/make a file that you're able to send that has the same problem – maybe a quick recording from the same camera/mic/screen setup – that would be amazingly helpful.
